In 2024, our founders were each, separately, deep in a job search. One of us applied to 213 roles in three months and heard back from eleven. The other tried hiring a freelance recruiter — who promptly forwarded the same CV to twenty companies and disappeared.
We realised the entire stack — boards, ATSs, recruiters, dashboards — was designed to extract effort from candidates, not return it. So we asked a simple question: what if there was a private, intelligent agent who actually worked for the candidate, end to end?

The Bernese Mountain Dog has spent centuries working alongside people in the Swiss Alps — pulling carts up mountains, herding cattle through rough weather, and quietly watching over the family at the end of the day.
